My Philosophy

Discovering the right path for the journey

The unique path of your life is a journey of self-discovery. The twists and turns on this journey will lead you to a relationship with your authentic self. My goal is to work with you to cultivate your own psychological, emotional, and spiritual strengths, so you can build your life in meaningful and fulfilling ways.

Together with your courage and a willingness to shift perspective, I am here to support your journey.

With compassion and deep listening, together we will gain insight into what has been challenging for you, those old patterns and beliefs that cause feelings of upset and that no longer fit you or your life. We will hold these places with care and look for wholesome ways to let them gently dissipate.

Change requires effort.

This may include depth work, such as delving into past relationship dynamics and trauma, tending to your dreams, or making behavioral changes, such as learning to catch triggers of negative thinking.

We will look at your present challenges in life and figure out how they are the very things necessary for your soul’s growth.

We will look at ways to transmute those challenges into strengths.

There is magic in the process.

As much as I would like to be able to tell you exactly how it works, I can’t. No one can. Those of us who have been through it can tell you that we know it happens. It requires being open to the process and allowing for transformation without pushing it.

You learn to look at your life through a different lens. See that things have a deeper meaning.

You start trusting your intuition. You might start trusting the spirit.

You start to understand how to turn lead into gold.

It’s you, not someone else!

You are the one for whom you have been looking.

The world needs your light and uniqueness. The world needs you to shine.

Hiding yourself out of fear of rejection prevents the world from knowing you. Learning to believe that you are loved and accepted for your Self allows you to find true joy.

The time is right now.

George Eliot said, “It’s never too late to be what you might have been.”

You are in the right time and place to finally become yourself.

Let’s develop the tools you want so that your inner light can shine through.
